If equipment arrives damaged in transit or does not match your confirmed order, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs. We will inspect and arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.

Because laboratory equipment is often configured or sourced to order, returns for other reasons are considered case by case and as stated in your quotation.
